SHIPPING POLICY

*Shipping is currently available to US customers only.

Orders will be processed and shipped within 24hrs (excluding weekends) upon receipt.

You as the consumer must be aware of your local laws and regulations for Electronic Cigarette devices, accessories and E-Liquids.  We will fulfill our obligations and ship your order to the location you specify after payment has been received, however Wii Vape Inc. is not liable for any seizures of your package. 

Because the cost of shipping is based on weight of goods and destination, shipping fees can be calculated before checking out by entering destination province and postal code. (you must have at least one item in your cart).

Proof of age (21 or older) will be required on all shipments.

RETURN POLICY

Avocado Vapor accepts returns, exchanges or refunds if the items are unopened, sealed, unused and if the original packaging is in its exact original condition, within 30 days of purchase. To complete your return, we require a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase. Pods, coils, drip tips used/unused are considered final sales. No returns, exchanges or refunds are accepted due to hygienic reasons. 

Warranty does not cover improper usage of the items bought if failure to follow its operating instructions, accidents, misuse, mishandling and unauthorized alteration or modifications made to the original device by conducting etching, refinishing, loss or damage to its internal components or cross threading. Dropping and breakage of units leading to internal damages is also not covered.

If you would like to return a product for exchange, replacement, or refund, please fill in a contact form on our Contact Us page. Please provide as much detail as possible and a Wii Vape representative will get back to you within 2-3 business days with information on how to proceed with your return.  Any items sent back to the store without the approval of Avocado Vapor will not be refunded and the item(s) will be returned at the customers expense.
